Awkwafina
Awkwafina Awkwafina, an American singer and actress began with a series of rap songs that dealt with issues of race and sexuality. Her career expanded to Hollywood when she dropped several rap songs. Nora Lum is the daughter of Chinese as well as Korean parents from Forest Hills Queens. The trumpet was the first instrument she played for her. Also, she received the classical and jazz education later when she began to explore hip-hop as a teenager. Concentrating on school she majored in journalism, and women's studies, and was taking classes in Mandarin in Beijing during a brief time. After graduating, it wasn't until when she decided to turn her attention on music. Following her viral success via the Internet the My Vag song My Vag was a reaction to Mickey Avalon's My Dick. It eventually made its way onto her debut album Yellow Ranger. The album also featured viral hit tracks, such as body-positive Queef and a wink-y home tour NYC Bitche$. The song was is directly linked to the album The Awkwafinas Guide to NYC, her travel guide for 2015. With musician and author on her resume she set her sights on an actor for a third venture. Alongside early TV shows such as Girl Code and Tawk she appeared in films like Neighbors 2. Storks as well as Bad Rap. In the year 2018, she was offered an array of noteworthy performances, which included Dude Ocean 8 and Crazy Rich Asians. In June, she debuted her debut film, In Fina We Trust.
